Letter from Principal Foster

Hello Vikings,

This letter is my official welcome to Jackson Pathways High School.  Pathways is a school within a school which specializes in helping students graduate on time and find their footing to take the next step in life. Our mission is to help make your graduation dreams come true and help you to pursue your life goals beyond High School.  I want to assure you that Pathways operates as a close knit community and your families concerns are our priority.

As a Pathway student you have the same opportunities to be a full member of the Viking community.  We encourage you to get involved and participate in a variety of clubs, sports, and extracurricular activities.   

We have programs to help in that regard.  We offer dual enrollment and Early College classes.  We also offer Co-op classes for those students who need to earn income and credits at the same time.   

Our staff is excited to connect with each of you this fall.  We have revamped some of the courses we teach and have built some new relationships with community partners to make our career oriented high school experience the best in the county.

The school year is just around the corner and the fall sports teams are gearing up for their first official practices. If you are interested in participating in any of the fall sports, it’s not too late. Please contact the athletic office for details @ 517-841-3715
